How many guests can I bring to the pool?

Twin Chimney residents 18 and older may bring two guests.  Any resident under the age of 18 may bring one guest. Guests are welcome to stay as long as the residents who accompanied them to the pool are present.



Does reserving the Family Center also reserve the pools?

No. The pools cannot be reserved. Residents who reserve the Family Center for special events may invite guests into the pool per the current guest policy.



How can I reserve the Family Center?

Any Twin Chimneys resident in good standing may reserve the Family Center on a first come, first serve basis.  There are nominal fees to rent the center. Please call (636) 978-5540 for the latest rates and to check availability.



When I rent the Family Center, is it closed to residents?

No. Residents are still allowed access into the lower levels to use the fitness room, saunas and other amenities.



How do I access the Family Center/Fitness Center after hours?

Each resident may obtain a resident card which will allow them access into the Family Center and Fitness Center.



Why do I need a resident card to use the pool?

Any resident who wants to use the pools must obtain a resident card.  This card has a photo ID of the resident and helps ensure that only the residents of Twin Chimneys are using the community’s amenities. Resident cards are available during office hours in the Family Center.

There are currently 813 residences among 11 villages with the Twin Chimney’s subdivision.
